Privacy notice for the beta waitlist

Who we are

Tendell is run by Vsolve Ltd, [registered address], registration number 6004222000. For anything about your data, email support@tendell.eu.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your email address. We also record the date you joined and which version of this notice you agreed to. The landing page sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

To stop abuse, our server limits how many sign-ups can come from one network. It works from a scrambled form of your IP address, held in memory for about a minute. We never store it.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email address only to invite you to the Tendell beta and tell you when it opens. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who else handles it

Two providers process the data for us, under data processing agreements: Supabase, which hosts the database, and Render, which runs our servers. The database is in Frankfurt, Germany, and our servers run there too. We don't sell or share your address with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until we invite you to the beta or you ask to be removed, and never longer than twelve months. After that the address is deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent, by emailing support@tendell.eu. You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as [supervisory authority].
